During a journey, a group of people entered a very dark tunnel. It was so dark that they cannot see even the person next to them. While going through, pebbles prickled their feet.
Some people thought that this will hurt other travelers, and collected the pebbles and kept them in their pockets. Some people collected more pebbles while some less. A few of them, however, did not pick any pebbles thinking only about themselves.
After sometime, they came out of tunnel. When the travelers took out the pebbles, they were surprisingly amazed to see that those were diamonds. Those who thought about others and collected more such "pebbles" became very happy, while those who did not collect any of those "pebbles" started cursing their fortune.
